Our ‘Partner to Win’ ecosystem is at the heart of how we create sustainable, end-to-end value. By deepening collaboration with suppliers and business partners, we are building a more agile, resilient, and connected supply chain—one that not only drives cost and service excellence but also accelerates innovation and responsible growth. Together, we are shaping a future-ready ecosystem that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Manufacturing capabilities

H U L is transforming its supply chain from a scale-driven model to a more agile, distributed and technology-enabled manufacturing network to better meet personalised consumer needs. By decentralising its footprint, we are reducing lead time, lowering cost and optimising inventory. Advanced technologies such as ‘Adaptive Nano’ enable flexible batch sizes, faster changeovers and multi-format manufacturing, accelerating innovation, while ‘Intelligent Mixers’ with automated packing improve efficiency. During the year our Gandhidham and Puducherry sites have been added as World Economic Forum 4 I R Lighthouse factories, taking the total to five.

Responsible sourcing

Responsible sourcing is central to H U L’s Supply Chain strategy, strengthening resilience, sustainability and long-term value through a shift from compliance to ecosystem-led collaboration. Decarbonisation and circularity remain key priorities, with renewable energy adoption, upstream emissions reduction and leadership in plastic responsibility. In palm-based inputs, we continue to embed No Deforestation, No Peat principles in our sourcing. These efforts are guided by our Responsible Partner Policy and enabled by digital traceability and data-led insights to build enduring competitive advantage.
